Return Policy

Our platform is committed to ensuring product quality and providing you with a convenient and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from our platform, you may apply for a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below. Please read this policy carefully.


I. Eligible Return Conditions

1. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

You may request a return after receiving the product due to personal preferences, changes in demand, or other non-quality-related reasons, provided that the product meets the condition of being resalable.

2. Returns for Quality Issues

The product arrives with obvious quality problems, such as damage, missing parts, defects, or functional failure.

3. Defective Returns Within Warranty Period

The product develops performance defects or quality issues during the applicable warranty period that are not caused by human misuse.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

The platform ships an incorrect product model, specification, or quantity, or omits items from the order.


II. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Products returned beyond the specified return period;

Products that have been used or whose original packaging, accessories, or labels (including anti-counterfeit labels or sealed packaging) are damaged or missing, making the product unsuitable for resale;

Damage or performance degradation caused by improper use or storage by the customer;

Products with missing outer packaging, accessories, manuals, or other components affecting product integrity;

Opened personal or intimate-use items, unless there is a quality issue.


III. Return Time Limits

Non-quality-related returns: Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Quality-related or defective returns: Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Incorrect or missing items: Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the issue is discovered, along with relevant supporting evidence.


IV. Return Shipping Costs

Free Return Shipping Applies When:

The product has quality issues or defects;

The return is due to incorrect or missing shipment caused by the platform;

Free return shipping is promised under a specific platform promotion.

Customer-Borne Return Shipping Applies When:

Returns are due to personal reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., preference changes);

Product damage is caused by improper use or storage by the customer;

Returns are accepted after the return deadline following mutual agreement (special cases).

In these cases, return shipping costs and related logistics risks shall be borne by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.


V. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following requirements:

The product is in an unused state, with no scratches, stains, or other damages on the appearance;

Original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and related materials must be intact and complete;

Proof such as product photos and order details (order number, purchase date) must be provided for verification;

For quality-related returns, clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided to prove the issue is not caused by human factors;

The product must be unused or not irreversibly damaged (except for quality-related issues).


VI. Return Process

To ensure smooth handling of your return, please follow the steps below:

Application

Contact our customer service team, provide your order number, explain the reason for return or exchange, and apply for return authorization.

Review

The platform will review your request after receiving the application.

Return Shipment

Upon approval, please send the product to the return address provided. Place the product back in its original packaging and use a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

For quality-related returns, please use the return label provided by us.

For personal-reason returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment and retaining the shipping receipt.

Inspection

Upon receipt, the platform will inspect and verify the returned product.

Refund / Exchange

After successful inspection, the refund or exchange process will be initiated.


VII. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing will begin within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Due to varying processing times of banks or third-party payment providers (such as credit card issuers or Paypal), the actual time typically takes up to 5 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Amount:

Non-quality-related returns: product payment amount only (excluding shipping fees);

Quality-related returns: product payment amount plus verified reasonable return shipping costs.

Processing Time: Refunds are generally credited within 3–5 business days after approval. Some banks may require additional time.


IX. Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed if return conditions are met and the requested product model/specification is in stock.

Exchange Address: Same as the return address.

Exchange Method: Return-first, ship-later. You must return the original product first; after inspection approval, we will ship the replacement product.

Shipping Costs:

Quality issues or platform shipping errors: round-trip shipping costs are covered by the platform;

Personal reasons (e.g., incorrect model selection): return shipping is borne by the customer, while outbound shipping for the replacement is covered by the platform (unless otherwise stated in promotions).



X. Combined Orders

Multiple Orders: Each order must be submitted with a separate return request and processed individually. Items may not be combined in one return shipment unless approved in advance by customer service.

Multiple Items in One Order: Multiple items from the same order may be selected in one return request and shipped together. Each item will be inspected and processed individually. If some items do not meet return conditions, only eligible items will be refunded or exchanged.


XI. Responsibility Allocation During Returns

Customer Responsibilities:

Ensure returned items meet return conditions, provide accurate return reasons, ship items on time, and bear shipping costs and logistics risks arising from personal reasons (e.g., loss or damage during transit).

Platform Responsibilities:

Review return requests promptly, provide accurate return instructions, process inspections and refunds/exchanges in a timely manner, and bear costs and liabilities arising from quality issues or shipping errors.

Logistics Responsibilities:

If loss or damage is caused by the courier, responsibility shall be pursued by the customer or the platform based on the logistics contract. The platform will assist by providing relevant documentation.


XII. Disclaimer for Force Majeure and Uncontrollable Factors

We shall not be liable for any loss or delay caused by force majeure or factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires), war, terrorist attacks, government actions, customs detention, strikes, pandemics, international sanctions, logistics system failures, transportation interruptions, third-party carrier errors, or policy changes in the destination country/region.

In such cases, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or compensation. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist in communication with relevant parties, though outcomes are beyond our control.


XIII. Policy Updates or Changes

This return and refund policy may be updated or adjusted due to legal, regulatory, or business changes;

Updated policies will be published and become effective upon publication;

Continued return or exchange requests after policy updates constitute acceptance of the updated policy;
