Shipping Policy

Toiletju understands how important it is for you to receive your products promptly. Therefore, we process all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that once the shipping process has begun, no changes can be made to your order, as we strive to dispatch orders without delay.


How to Place an Order

Browse the website and select the desired bathroom and personal care products, then add them to your shopping cart;

Enter the shopping cart, review the product details and quantities, and click “Checkout”;

Fill in or select your shipping address, contact phone number, and other required information;

Review and confirm the shipping-related policies, complete the payment process, and submit your order. Once payment is successful, the order is considered placed.


Order Processing & Shipping Rules

After you successfully place an order online, we will arrange shipment for your products.

Upon receiving your order, we will complete a full review of order details and inventory verification within 48 hours to ensure accuracy and stock availability.
Under normal circumstances with sufficient inventory, approved orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Final delivery times depend on the actual transit progress of our partnered carriers.


Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly. You may choose one of the following options:

Select an alternative product;

Cancel the out-of-stock item;

Wait for the item to be restocked before shipment.

The full order amount will be charged immediately. Any in-stock items will be shipped as scheduled at the time of purchase.

For orders containing multiple items, if some products are temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to place the entire order on hold. You may then choose one of the following shipping options:

Wait until all items are restocked and ship the order together; or

Request partial shipment of the in-stock items first.
No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before entering the shipping process. Please return to the order confirmation page and initiate a return request as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to the return policy.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team promptly and provide your order number.

We will determine whether cancellation is possible based on the current order status.


Shipping Methods

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using insured economy shipping services by carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or other reputable international logistics providers.

The system automatically selects the most suitable carrier based on destination, package size, and weight to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days.

Please note that this estimate applies only to the transportation phase and does not include order processing, inventory preparation, or customs clearance time.


Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Please allow one business day for the tracking number to become active. You may log in to our official website to track your shipment.


Shipping Fee Policy

Free shipping is provided for this product with no delivery costs calculated; all order details are clearly displayed at checkout, and there are absolutely no hidden fees applied.

Important: Once the carrier has accepted the shipment, we do not cover return shipping costs for items shipped via freight services. If you choose to return such items, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.


Customs & Duties

For international orders, please familiarize yourself in advance with the import regulations of the destination country or region, including but not limited to customs requirements, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and import restrictions.
All customs duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not offer duty prepayment or tax estimation services.

If you refuse a shipment due to high customs duties or brokerage fees, all resulting costs—including return shipping, duties, storage fees, and customs handling charges—will be borne by the customer.

International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays due to inspections or regulatory requirements. If delays occur due to customs or regulatory authorities, shipping fees already paid will not be refunded.


Exception Handling

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please retain the original packaging and all packing materials for inspection or potential pickup.

If a package is lost during transit, please contact customer service promptly and provide the tracking number. We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If delivery delays occur due to force majeure events—such as extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier capacity issues, or traffic restrictions—original delivery time commitments will no longer apply, and we will not be liable for compensation related to such delays.
